Few days back i came across a video in youtube about how to be slim, if i'm not mistaken it was aired in BBC channel before. Facts that they provided is fascinating, and they also prove it by months of research.
While watching the videos (it separated into 6 parts), i jotted down some interesting points, there are 6 important points that i want to share with you guys;
First, protein will keep us full for longer.
Second, calcium intake helps to eliminate fats from our body.
Third, be ware about your portion.
Forth, have a food diary to remind you about the food that you eat.
Fifth, reduce snacking on unhealthy food in between meals, instead snack on crunchy fruits and vegetables.
Sixth, Water can make you full for longer only if it enrich with food. For example, soup.

Don't be too obsess to be slim, the most important things is to be healthy and happy :-).
